How Returns Work
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and not personalised or custom‑made.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
