Wood Pigeon - August, 2023
Back Story:
This Wood Pigeon was the first coloured pencil piece I completed without any tuition at all. I love these birds, as no matter where I travel to in the U K I can hear or see them. I love their attitude and the colours of their feathers.
I decided to use the black drawing paper after having completed a few tutorials on this paper.
Behind the scenes shows part of the layering process used to create drawings with coloured pencils.
